Book: À la bonne franquette, 1st Edition
Publisher: Les Éditions Transcontinental
Published in: Fall 2010
Sold-out in mere weeks, my first terroir and recipe collective À la bonne franquette proved that Quebecers love their chefs and their food. In all, 80 of Québec’s top chefs agreed to represent 16 touristic regions, featured here in a unique survey of our festivals, food trails and iconic products. The book made several year-end lists as one of the best cookbooks published in both Quebec and Canada in 2010, from French and English media alike.
The book won the Silver at the 2011 Canadian Cookbook Awards, in the Best Culinary Culture Cookbook in French.
