Kitchen Galerie and Kitchen Galerie Poisson are two of the best bistros on the rising Montreal food scene. Officiating in said kitchens are local darlings Mathieu Cloutier and Jean-Philippe Saint-Denis. It was my considerable pleasure to lend a hand in writing both this signature book and its recipes, presented as a creative, taste-driven duel between two equally cocky chefs.
