Sometimes you just google yourself because. And you discover a Montreal journalist shortlisted the best local cookbooks… and you’re featured! Which maybe means you (I) need to google your/myself more often. The Examiner.com website drew such a list in April 2013 and recommended my terroir cookbook À la bonne franquette 2 next to luminaries such as Martin Picard’s Au Pied de Cochon, The Art of Living According to Joe Beef, Chuck Hughes’ Garde-Manger and all-time Québec bestseller À la di Stasio.
