The official cookbook of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation, 100 recettes pour toi, mon cœur (translation: 100 recipes for you, my heart) features heart-healthy recipes by 10 leading Québec chefs who were kind enough to accept my invitation. Each chef presents 10 recipes ranging from starters to desserts, all analyzed and approved by the Heart Institute’s own, strict nutritionists. As part of the concept development team, my role was to select and interview each chef, choose and edit all the recipes, as well as pen health blurbs and overall copy. A fund-raising publication, proceeds go to the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation.


The book was nominated at the 2013 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris, for Best Charity Fund-raising North America.
