For this second edition of my terroir and recipe collective À la bonne franquette, I invited no less than 120 of Québec’s top chefs to join in the fun and provide a beloved family recipe with 10 ingredients or less. Ranging from Relais & Châteaux to country-style inns and trendy urban bistros, the hand-picked establishments constitute a unique Who’s Who of Québec’s finest. The book is divided into 16 touristic regions where I also present the best food trails, my favourite terroir products and most iconic festivals.
Like its predecessor, the book was nominated in 2013 for a Taste Canada Food Writing Awards, in the General Cookbooks category this time.
