From book concept to final proofs, as author, collaborator, copy editor or deputy editor, I have written, collaborated with chefs, proofread and/or edited 12 food books so far. A few have won awards, most notably at Taste Canada and the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. (I'm still holding out hope for a James Beard...)
